ONE discharging valve

ONE has a discharging system equipped with a valve. The customer can decide how often to unload by adjusting the time interval and pressure, depending on the characteristics of the material and on the level of contamination.

DUO discharge screw

DUO comes with a discharge screw whose speed can be adjusted independently of the speed of the scraper disk, keeping the line pressure constant. This function allows the customer to adapt the treatment of highly contaminated plastic materials to the customer’s specific needs.

FILTERS

Laser, punched, and metallic mesh FILTERS are available for both ONE and DUO. The filters are designed to provide different degrees of filtration, depending on the type and level of contamination of the material.
