Customize your recycling machines with Break Machinery filters

Plastic recycling machines need to be able to handle different types of contamination and quickly adjust to changes in the production process. Because of that, customization is one of the key features of Break Machinery product design.

Break Machinery has an in-house production of 3 types of laser-perforated FILTERS that are interchangeable depending on the degree of contamination and the type of filtration required:

• Laser screen filters for fine filtrations of 60 to 350 µm,
• Punched screen filters for coarser filtrations of 400 to 2000 µm,
• 230 to 10 metallic mesh filters.

Our filters are produced with the latest laser technology to achieve an uninterrupted flow of material, longevity, and reduced machine downtime.
