PLAST 2023 – two new DUO features

Join us at PLAST 2023 from Tue 5 to Fri 8 September 2023 at Fiera Milano, Hall 15, stand B112.

Our experts will be there to introduce you to 2 new upgrades on Break Machinery DUO filtering system: Automatic Opening and Backflushing Mode.

AUTOMATIC OPENING

DUO is now available with an additional automatic opening system that minimizes the operator’s presence.
The feature consists of a threaded lid that screws directly onto the machine body and a motor that controls its movement.
This makes the lid opening and closing easier, faster, and safer, reducing the operator’s role to a control function.

BACKFLUSHING MODE

DUO’s second new feature is the backflushing mode, which reduces the cost of consumables when processing materials with low contamination.
The system can now switch from scraping to backflush mode, changing the internal component kit, which includes a cleaner and 2 protective breakers.
This makes laser filters unnecessary, replacing them with wire cloths of a required filtration degree.
