Mirco’s 3 rules of plastic recycling innovation

asd

The world needs more plastic recycling

The plastic recycling industry faces significant challenges, including rising waste volumes, higher contamination levels, and inefficient sorting and processing systems. At Break Machinery, we are dedicated to developing technologies that not only enhance recycling efficiency but also help the industry evolve to meet future demands.

To support the future development of plastic recycling, we focus on these 3 main innovation principles in all our work:

1. Filter more heterogeneous materials

As the complexity of recycled plastics increases, we must adapt. The future of recycling plastic requires engineering each machine to filter heterogeneous materials, ranging from various types of plastics to different impurity levels while ensuring consistent, high-quality results.

2. Increase productivity through machinery innovation

As an industry, we are far from reaching our peak productivity. We must develop solutions that can process larger quantities of contaminated polymers more efficiently, helping recyclers meet the industry’s rising demands with ease.

3. Minimize machinery downtime

Recycling systems are still held back by inefficiencies and downtime, limiting the industry’s full potential. We must simplify the process of changing filters or blades and optimize wear part replacement, ensuring lines run longer and more reliably.

Let’s shape the future of plastic recycling together.
