DUO software is designed for flexibility and efficiency, allowing you to customize production parameters to suit your needs. Its intuitive control panel enables operators to easily manage the machine easily, configure all necessary operational settings, and receive immediate visual feedback on production data, ensuring smooth and effective operation.
Speed control for scraping impeller and discharge screw
DUO software allows you to set the scraping impeller and discharge screw to rotate in two ways, depending on the material being processed and the filtration requirements:
Automatic speed control – the rotational speed of the scraping impeller and discharge screw adjusts automatically based on contamination levels, optimizing performance without manual input.
Independent speed control – the scraping impeller rotates independently from the discharge screw, adjusting the waste volume to match contamination levels and reducing disposal costs.
Temperature and pressure zones
The operator panel allows you to set and monitor temperatures and pressures across all machine zones. This feature provides greater control over DUO and the filtration process, ensuring that optimal production conditions are maintained.
Programmable heating with timer
The heating system can be programmed to turn on remotely via a timer, eliminating the need for operator intervention. This functionality ensures the machine is ready to operate at the desired time, improving overall efficiency and productivity.
Save and upload operation recipes
The recipe database enables operators to store control parameters, including cycle times, speeds, temperatures, and pressures. This feature allows for quick retrieval of data for future operations, streamlining the setup and production process.
Remote connectivity
With the tele-management router, Break Machinery technicians can access and manage DUO’s parameters remotely, providing continuous and immediate assistance to customers as if they were on-site at the production plant. This capability ensures any issues can be addressed promptly, minimizing downtime and enhancing customer support.
