Doubled flow rate<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

DUO<\/a> Twin is equipped with two screen changers running in parallel, enabling up to double the production capacity. Compared to single filtering machines with a maximum flow rate of 6,000 kg\/h, DUO<\/a> Twin 5600 and 7000 can filter flow rates of 10,000 and 12,000 kg\/h, respectively.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Maintenance without stopping the machine<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When it becomes necessary to change the screen in one of the DUO<\/a> Twin machines, the flow of material in that branch of the line is stopped by simply closing the valve. The operator can then open the chamber and clean or replace the screen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Continuous production<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

While the operator is replacing the screen in one branch of the line, production remains uninterrupted in the other branch. The maintenance of the second screen can then be carried out while the material flow is resumed in the first channel.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
