Testing a filtering machine with your own material is the best way to learn whether it suits your needs. That is why our Test area is an integral part of our customer service. You are always welcome to book a visit and oversee an entire production process on ONE<\/a>, DUO<\/a>, and FILTERS<\/a>, with the parameters you set and materials you typically use. <\/p>\n

Here is how the testing works:<\/p>\n

\n\t\t1 THE MATERIAL<\/strong><\/span>
\n\t\tYour material is loaded into the Break Machinery recycling line in the amount you wish to test on our machines.\n\t<\/div>\n

\n\t\t2 THE PARAMETERS<\/strong><\/span>
\n\t\tAfter the filtration and production parameters are agreed upon with the customer, the operator sets the data and initiates the recycling process.\n\t<\/div>\n

\n\t\t3 THE FILTRATION<\/strong><\/span>
\n\t\tWhile the material is melted and filtered, the waste is separated on the side to determine how many kg per hour are ejected with a specific filtration.\n\t<\/div>\n

\n\t\t4 FILTER REPLACEMENT<\/strong><\/span>
\n\t\tThe filters are cleaned or replaced, depending on the customer\u2019s needs. You can request several tests with different filtrations, e.g. test filters with 150 and 200-micron openings.\n\t<\/div>\n

\n\t\t5 THE RESULT<\/strong><\/span>
\n\t\tAt the end of the test, the client learns how many kg\/h of polymer vs waste was produced with a specific filtration. The filtration quality can then be determined in the lab: the polymer’s chemical and physical properties, the presence or absence of pollutants, etc.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
